Product Details   The material of this Droog Design Flex lampshade may look rigid from a distance but is in fact flexible enough to be twisted and squeezed and is made of Silicone. The lamp was designed in 1993 by Sam Hecht and is made in Europe and is CE certified. However the lamp is NOT presently UL listed. The lamp is 110 volts for use in the USA, and measures 13" diameter x 8.6"H. The light casing is combined with the shade to look like one but it can be easily removed to fit an energy saving bulb.
