The School Chair - A modern reinterpretation of the classic elementary school chair. Features a bent-ply seat and back which are fastened to the frame with rubber gaskets, which provide durability and add a functional aesthetic.

The result is furniture, accent pieces, and accessories that mix the elegant with the industrial. Mirroring the great modernists of yesterday, we strive to combine great design and practical purpose.

All GUS* sofas & chairs feature kiln dried hardwood frames, with all joints glued and screwed for maximum durability. No Sag spring or Web and coil spring construction for comfort. The cushions are made with a high-grade upholstery foam finished with a Dacron ‘wrap’ for maximum quality and comfort.
