Orange 22^TM Design Lab LLC founder and designer, Dario Antonioni and Brandon Lynne imagined the Botanist series as a lyrical dialog of minimal design combining state of art engineering technology with the feminity and unpreditability of nature.

 

A blank canvas inspired us to create a simple form that could easily be adapted with color, finish, and graphics to capture emerging trends in design. We utilized water-jet cutting technology in order to offer ourselves and other future designers an unlimited playground of surface disruption opportunities. since most of the process is automated, we have been able to keep manufaturing in the US, reducing lead times and enabling cuatom applications for architects and interior designers. This keeps us nimble.

 

We felt that, instead of creating single pieces of furniture, our team has successfully created a limitless and adaptable manufacturing system.
