How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. All items must have a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by customer service before being returned.

Shop with Confidence -- Return PolicyWe are committed to your satisfaction and will resolve all issues promptly. If your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original packing in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt (we must receive the item in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to you) for a full refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Contact Customer Service to receive a RMA. We request you return your purchase freight pre-paid and fully insured to receive a full refund. Items returned without original packaging or in an un-saleable condition may incur a restocking fee or may not be accepted for refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Please note the following:
1. All items must be returned with original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories in UNUSED, UNASSEMBLED and SALEABLE condition. Additional charges may be accessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
2. Bedding, Duvets, Pillowcases, and Shams must be UNOPENED
3. Personal items including Pillows and Handbags must be in an UNUSED condition
We recommend that you:
1) use a carrier that offers tracking and 2) insure your package for the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to:
1) use a carrier that offers tracking and 2) insure your package for the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Custom Orders
All custom orders requiring specific color/fabric selection are final after 48 hours. Please make any changes to your order within 48 hours of placing the order either online or by calling us at (301) 841-7242. Custom Order items are clearly marked as "Custom Order" in the product description page. These are orders that require selection of fabric, are built/produced specifically for the customer, or imported specifically for the customer based on their order. Custom orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours and cannot be returned for a refund. Mod decor will promptly address and correct any issues with the product by either repairing the product or at our sole discretion replacing the product as we deem necessary.
Damages Please inform us immediately of any issues with your purchase. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and boxes that the shipment arrived in. This will expedite the process of replacing or refunding your purchase. Proof of damage is typically required in the form of digital photographs to confirm a damage claim.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, however you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like to exchange the original item for.
